Hakarl, the extreme culinary adventure

I knew it's not a culinary chef d'oevre...I just wanted to understand better the icelanders mentality.
Yes, I did it! I tried hakarl (pronounced "haukartl"), the legendary Icelandic "rotten" shark meal.
It's hard to forget these moments...
Some technical details: I used Teachers instead of canonical Brennivin and standard wooden toothsticks that are imported to Iceland like many other things...the shark was genuine local.

Google Earth

I downloaded and installed the Google Earth  v.3 (Public Beta) version.
It's a great piece of software and it looks that Google did it
again: first with search, then - with e-mail and this time - with GIS.
