Yes, I did it! I tried hakarl (pronounced "haukartl"), the legendary Icelandic "rotten" shark meal.
It's hard to forget these moments...
Some technical details: I used Teachers
instead of canonical Brennivin and standard wooden toothsticks that are imported to Iceland like many other things...the shark was genuine local.
