Printing problemz

Two days ago my ZFS/NFS server had a serious problem and I've opened a service call to SUN.
Today I've got a call from Mr.H.C.B., the Technical Support Engineer from South Africa. He wanted to understand my problem and asked me whether I had troubles with printing.
"Printing...no problems with it...why?" I replied.
"It's written here "all zpool commands are hung" so I understood that you have problem when you're trying to print zomething" said the engineer.
